3 found dead at family home in Lauderhill, police say

LAUDERHILL, Fla. - Detectives were investigating three deaths in Lauderhill on Monday.

Lt. Greg Solowsky said officers responded to the home, 3650 NW 3 St., about 3 p.m. Officers found three bodies inside. 

Solowsky described the crime as a "heinous act" and said the relatives of the victims were "in a very, very emotional grieving state."

In two separate incidents, a man and a woman who were distraught fell to their knees. About an hour later, dozens surrounded the home.
